Application Deadline: September 3rd, 2016 by 4pm either online or in person at the Strathcona Community Centre.
Space is limited for new vendors. Once applications have been received, we will review all new vendors and either invite you to our jury or add you to our waiting list by September 18th.
To ensure quality and diversity of products all new vendors will submit items for review by our jury of community members and artists. Jury is by invitation only and we will get back to everyone by September 18th.
Drop Off: Please drop off 3 samples of work on Sunday, October 2nd between 9:00am and 12:30 pm at the Strathcona Community Centre front desk. Please include a hard copy of your application with your submission.
Pick Up: Please pick up your samples between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm on Sunday, October 2nd. If you are accepted to the fair, registration fee is due immediately to secure your table. (Cash, Debit, Visa or Cheque payable to: Strathcona Community Centre Association).
Cancellation will be accepted up until 2 weeks prior the fair - November 12, 2016. Remittance will be in the form of cheque and may take up to 6 weeks to be processed. There are no cancellations/refunds after November 12, 2016.
